A current overview

Drought is a major problem in this area mainly because two thirds of the district is rural. This affects all major activities within and leaves the district struggling to make ends meet with very little resources.
This district has largely been affected with the HIV and AIDS pandemic were at times Sunday service is disrupted with burials of loved ones, usually from South Africa.
The district has been hit by the constant rural to urban migration and sees the majority of the members being the old folk who are not actively involved as much as the youth could be.
